Water does more for a healthy complexion than all the moisturizers in the world and without it you would shrivel up like a prune. You body’s system of protection needs the water in order to function and that is non-negotiable. Without it, you also would not function properly, you would get aches and pains all over your body and if you go for a long time without you can definitely count on your situation getting a whole lot worse.</p>

Your stomach can’t digest if it’s dry, your pancreas can’t regulate blood sugar content if it’s not flowing and your liver would shut down if it becomes too deprived of moisture, not to mention that your kidneys would be doing very badly indeed if it can’t regulate your wastes. And this is only just a few examples out of the whole framework which also needs water to work.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">So basically, the point comes down to this. As important as those other Superfoods and superdrinks are, the value of water should never be discounted as you would do it to the detriment of your own body.</p>
